Women age 50 and older have had plenty of life experience.  They are older - and they are wiser!   To help these women celebrate their lives and their health, below is useful information on such matters as exercise, arthritis, back pain, sleep and much more.  Visit your obstetrician-gynecologist (ob-gyn) once a year – every year for a well-woman checkup.
